Our idea is to build a small, radio controlled vehicle that can travel both on ice and on water. We want to test out how this kind of vehicle performs as a rescue device, when used to get a rescue line out to a person in distress. Our goal is to build a very robust and low in maintenance device that can be tested for surface rescue.
